We have been contracting and staffing IT professionals since 1972.

Our work load shifts with the needs of our clients, at times we are working on consulting requirements and at other times our clients are looking to add permanent employees.

We specialize in IT staffing within 2 industry areas.
Florida Within Florida our efforts are to work with our clients on any of their IT related requirements.
Nationally we focus on DBAs.
DBAs: www.dba-s.com was established in 1995 to concentrate on staffing and contracting DBAs.
Fees and Costs:
In the 35+ years in the industry we have never charged an individual for our service.
Consultants: Having been thru 4 recessions we have learned to maintain an aggressively low overhead that we pass on to our clients. The I.S. Group Inc is also in the comfortable position of doing our own financing.
Permanent Hires: Staffing fees are industry average and include a fixed guaranty period on each person.
Do you do background checks?
Yes. We use a professional firm to do a background check on all consultants including Degrees, Drivers License and Drug Screening.
